Founded in early 2018, Campus Connect was developed in order to create a safe atmosphere that allows students the ability to connect with like-minded individuals.



Campus Connect provides a platform for students to connect, receive local promotions, and or input important school deadlines. Campus Connect was built and designed to be a customizable platform for each student and every single university/college. As a team, we implemented a mental health source page with Middlesex Health Unit for Campus Connect users to utilize if necessary.


To help better connect university and college students, increase social interaction with a diverse population of students, and limit stigmas across all campuses.

Business Development Representative

Here is the job description:

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, Present our company to potential clients, Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services, Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction, Build long-term trusting relationships with clients, Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives, Report to the Management team on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results, Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans, Ensure the company meets revenue and profit goals, Identify and meet potential customers, Maximize referral potentials, Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in this field

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales, or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Mobile App Developer Manager

Manages a team of developers responsible for mobile applications development and design. Evaluates current technologies and deliver applications meeting the latest standards. Schedules projects and resources, and monitors project timelines. Sets and implements policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.



  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store and the Android market

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like React native, Swift and Java

  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

  • At least 7 years of experience with applications development

  • At least 3 years in mobile applications on one or more major platforms (iOS, Android, etc.)

  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
